This Fulfillment Policy ("Policy") governs the provision and delivery of social media automation and Conversational AI software products and services ("Products" or "Services") offered by Recovery Amped, LLC ("Recovery Amped" or "Company"), located at 4555 S 3rd St. Louisville, KY 40214. This Policy is designed to ensure clarity and set forth the expectations regarding the fulfillment of Products and Services purchased or licensed by customers ("Customer" or "You").
Scope
This Policy applies to all Products and Services offered by Recovery Amped, including, but not limited to, software licenses, subscriptions, reseller agreements, and white label services. By purchasing or licensing Products or Services from Recovery Amped, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy, in addition to any other agreements that govern your use of Recovery Amped's Products or Services.
Fulfillment of Products and Services
Software Access and Delivery Upon receipt of payment, Recovery Amped will provide You with access to the purchased Software or Services within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24-48 hours. Access to Software is granted via secure login credentials, delivered to the email address provided by You at the time of purchase. It is Your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is accurate and capable of receiving communications from Recovery Amped. Subscription Services .Subscription Services will be activated upon confirmation of payment and will continue for the duration of the subscription term purchased by You. Renewal of Subscription Services, where applicable, will occur automatically unless You notify Recovery Amped of your intention to cancel in accordance with the cancellation terms provided in your subscription agreement.
Reseller and White Label Services
For reseller or white label services, fulfillment includes the provision of necessary licenses, permissions, and branded materials required for the resale or distribution of Recovery Amped's Products or Services under the terms of the separate reseller or white label agreement. Recovery Amped will provide support and materials as agreed upon in the reseller or white label agreement to facilitate the fulfillment of these services to the end customer.
Technical Support and Updates
Recovery Amped will provide technical support for its Products and Services in accordance with the terms specified in the service level agreement (SLA) or as described on Recovery Amped's website or promotional materials. Updates to Software, including security updates and feature enhancements, will be made available to You according to the terms of your license or subscription agreement.
Refund Eligibility
Software Licenses and Subscriptions Non-Refundable:
All software licenses and subscriptions are non-refundable once access to the software has been provided or activated. Recovery Amped ensures that its software is thoroughly tested and functioning properly before access is granted to you. Trial Periods: If a product or service offers a trial period, you may cancel the subscription without charge at any point during the trial period as specified at the time of purchase. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the trial period has concluded.
Services Consultation Services:
Fees for consultation services are non-refundable once the consultation has occurred. If you cancel or reschedule a consultation at least 24 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a credit towards future services, subject to Recovery Amped's discretion.
Custom Services:
Custom services, including but not limited to, personalized software development, are non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of the work. Payment obligations for custom services are outlined in the individual service agreement. Reseller and White Label Services Payments made by resellers or for white label services are non-refundable due to the nature of these agreements and the upfront costs incurred by Recovery Amped in providing these services.
Exceptions
While Recovery Amped maintains a strict refund policy, exceptions may be considered in the following circumstances:
Product Not As Described: If you can demonstrate that the product or service significantly deviates from the descriptions provided by Recovery Amped at the time of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. Non-Delivery of Product or Service: If Recovery Amped fails to deliver the purchased product or service within a reasonable timeframe beyond the estimated delivery date, you may be eligible for a refund. Technical Issues: If you encounter irreparable technical issues with the software that prevent its use and if Recovery Amped is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, you must submit a detailed claim to Recovery Amped's customer service department within thirty (30) days of purchase.

The date of purchase, Your order number, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request. Any relevant documentation to support your claim.
Recovery Amped will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Refund requests will be processed at Recovery Amped's discretion, based on the eligibility criteria outlined in this Policy.

Recovery Amped reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy on Recovery Amped's website. Your continued use of Recovery Amped's products and services after such changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.
Customer Responsibilities
Accurate Information You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for Recovery Amped to fulfill your order. This includes, but is not limited to, contact information, billing information, and any specific requirements related to the use of the Software or Services.
Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and terms of agreements governing the use of Recovery Amped's Products or Services.
